It is no longer news that Nigeria and some are countries are not allowed to own a PayPal account that can receive and send money.

HOW TO CREATE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT THAT CAN RECEIVE AND SEND FUNDS
Below is a step by step instruction, make sure you follow the instructions and the screenshots promptly in other to get it right.
STEP 1: Account opening
> Open this link: https://www.paypal.com/ls/webapps/mpp/merchant, on your mobile phone or laptop. it will lead you to a sign-up page, where you will register, on the next page select “Business Account” and continue.
> Enter your email (preferably a new Gmail account) do not use yahoo mail or other mail.
> On the business information page, enter your legal names, your original first name and last name there, and for the business name, you can put any business name you wish to use (Not necessarily a registered business name)
> On the other page where the telephone number is required, click on the drop-down option from Lesotho and change it to your preferred country.
enter your phone number and make sure you omit the first number (for example, +234 is my country code, then I input my mobile number by omitting the very first zero e.g +2348045XXXXXX).

> And then you enter your address as it is on your bank statement of account, the next is to select the currency you want the PayPal account to use, in my case, I select USD.
STEP 2: Account details filling
> On the next page select individual and then select anything as category and subcategory here, you can omit the URL option and leave it blank.
> On next page you will be required to provide an identification document for verification. input your nationality, select the document you wish to use for verification and enter the corresponding details there.
STEP 3: Verification of Account
> After all these steps above, you are through with the account opening part and the next thing is the verification of your email and bank details.
> A mail to verify your account will be sent to your mail, open it and confirm your mail.
HOW TO LINK YOUR CARD TO YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT
> The next step is to link your card your PayPal account in other to fully verify your account and be able to use it.
>To do that click on “payments” and then click on “Link a card”. then add your card details.
you will be charged $1.95 after you have successfully added the card details and you will receive a 4 digit OTP as a text message or through a mail. conversely, OTP Which will be in this form PP*XXXXCODE 4029357733LU.
